Prachar provides digital marketing solutions including SEO, GMB management, social media marketing, paid ads, content creation, website optimization, and more.

• Project scope & deliverables are defined in contracts or proposals.
• Strategies and content remain Prachar property until full payment is received.
• Client delays may affect project timelines.

Payment Terms:

• Payments are due as per the service agreement.
• Some services require 100% advance payment.
• Refunds follow contract-specific terms.

3. Employment & Applicants

• Applicants must provide accurate and complete information.
• Employees must follow company policies and reporting structure.
• Employment may be full-time, part-time, freelance, or contractual.
• Notice periods must be followed as per agreement.

Ground Rules:

• Daily work reports are mandatory.
• Attendance & leaves must follow company policy.
• Non-responsiveness may result in disciplinary action.
• Confidentiality of client & company data is required.

4. Working Structure & Communication

• Projects follow structured workflows with defined milestones.
• Teams collaborate via internal communication platforms.
• Reporting hierarchy must be respected.
• Feedback cycles ensure quality and timely delivery.

5. Values & Ethical Guidelines

• We operate with integrity, transparency, and excellence.
• We avoid all unethical or misleading marketing practices.
• Respect for clients, employees, and partners is essential.
• Confidential information must never be shared.

6. Intellectual Property

• All creative content, designs, and strategies belong to Prachar.
• Clients gain usage rights only after full payment.
• Employees and contractors may not reuse company IP.

7. Confidentiality

• All internal and client information must remain confidential.
• Includes strategies, pricing, data, and communications.
• Breaches may result in legal consequences.

8. Liability & Disclaimers

• Prachar is not responsible for losses due to third-party changes (algorithms, platform updates, etc.).
• No guaranteed results unless stated in writing.
• Liability is limited to the amount paid for the service.

9. Termination

• Either party may terminate as per the notice period in the contract.
• Breach of terms may lead to immediate termination.
• All dues & IP rights will be settled per agreement.

10. Governing Law & Disputes

• These terms follow the laws of India.
• Disputes are resolved through discussion or arbitration in Chandigarh.
• Chandigarh courts hold exclusive jurisdiction.

11. Modifications

• Prachar may update these terms at any time.
• Changes take effect immediately upon posting.
• Continued engagement = acceptance of updates.
